After a few years skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains, he returned to his engineering career in public infrastructure, where he designed mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems for some of the largest public transit subway and commuter rail projects across the western United States including Sound Transit in Seattle, BART in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the Los Angeles Metro, as well as performing code and contract compliance reviews and managing project commissioning for public sector clients. David came to Bend after visiting for years and joined CEA to merge his love of the mountains and the outdoors with his engineering career in HVAC and plumbing design to support central Oregon in its explosive growth.
Brian Burger MEP Designer/Drafter
Education High Tech Institute A.A. - Architecture
General Experience Brian has worked in many different aspects of the design industry from aviation, architecture, custom building, electrical, and plumbing. After completing his education, he went to work for Boeing in Seattle where he started work on the Boeing 777, but moved on to the design team working on the F22 Raptor.
