• Meeting with water, sewer, and natural gas/propane service providers to establish “Will Serve” commitments. This typically occurs in conjunction with the Civil Engineer.
• Preparation of Construction and Permitting documents for Plumbing Design.
• Preparation of Plumbing scope documents for use by General Contractors and Construction Managers for solicitation of Design/Build proposals.
